There is some misunderstanding concerning rights made famous by a settlement of Loyd Weber with the Puccini estate. Any infringing use is still considered to be composed by Weber, because otherwise EU-Berne rights would have expired in 1994. Currently all Puccini works are PD worldwide. His last opera Turnadot was was actually written by Franco Alfano and is not PD.
