KTLA has sold its studio at the corner of Sunset Blvd and Van Ness, to M. David Paul Development who will build new digital studio and offices (assuming there is such a thing as a digital office). The facility will be leased back to KTLA when completed sometime by the end of next year. It is slated to be the eastern gateway to the Hollywood redevelopment plan, so say the New York City architects, HLW International. This effectively squelches rumors that Hollywood had previously reached an agreement to build a new stadium to house the next Al Davis Raiders NFL football franchise.
